about
I am a software developer specialized in applied cryptography, network protocols, and systems programming. These days, I am almost exclusively writing code in the Rust programming language, to which I have also contributed features in the standard library. Most of my work is free- and open-source software, with the AGPL being my license of choice.
I do believe in self-hosting and the smol web, hence why I want to keep it fun, open, accessible, and weird. Because of this, I operate lattice, a physical machine based in my living room, which hosts this website alongside other cool services. Lately, my self-hosting journey got me into obtaining my own autonomous system, AS211370, which is a fun and painful experience at the same time.
Other interests include, in no specific order: Emacs, NixOS, philosophy, literature, queer rights activism, and finding myself.
I am (usually) always happy to meet new people online and offline. In case you have any questions or just want to chat about life in general, feel free to drop me a mail or a message at any time!
