about
I am a software developer specialized in applied cryptography, network protocols, and systems programming. These days, I am almost exclusively writing code in the Rust programming language, to which I have also contributed features in the standard library. Almost everything I do is free- and open-source software, with the AGPL being my license of choice. Professionally, I am a Rust Developer for The Tor Project, Inc., for which I am currently rewriting the 20+ year old C codebase in Rust, in a project called arti. 🦀
Throughout the past years, I have published and contributed to lots of software, although most of my stuff are personal experiments that never got super far. You may want to checkout my Codeberg as well as my Codeberg Archive for older projects.
Besides computers, I also enjoy all things analog, philosophy, and fighting for queer rights. ✊🌈
I am also slightly obsessed with foxes. 🦊
blog
I have a blog, although I do not write as much as I would like to. ✍️
photography
I enjoy doing photography, both analog and digital. I do have a photography blog as well as a Pixelfed.
